3 Days Chimpanzee Habituation Experience in Uganda
Join a 3 days chimpanzee habituation experience to Kibale forest national park in western Uganda. Spend extended time with chimpanzees “man’s close relatives” in the jungle with Gorilla Trek Africa. The tour may start from Kigali Rwanda or Entebbe.

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Kibale Forest
Upon arrival, meet our driver guide and transfer to Kibale forest national park. The distance from Kigali to kibale is roughly 6 hours and 30 minutes drive while from Entebbe to Kibale, is roughly 5 hours and 30 minutes drive through the beautiful sceneries en route. Dinner and overnight at Primates Lodge. Crystal safari lodge.
Day 2: Chimpanzee Habituation
Wake up early, have breakfast and with your packed lunch transfer to Kanyanchu information center for the briefing. Here you will listen to the dos and donts while with the chimpanzees. Hike into the jungle and spend half day with chimpanzees taming them to get used to people. It’s a magical experience. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. ( Day 1)
Day 3: Bigodi wetland walk and departure
After early morning breakfast, go for a walk in Bigodi wetland to see various animals and birds. Return to the lodge for early lunch transfer to the airport for your return flight.
